David Stern shared the Main Street Arts story and Alyssa DeJesus was on hand to receive the Rotary Cub Medal.

David Stern was the speaker at Thursday morning's meeting. He shared his ambitious goals of growing Main Street Arts, expanding its impact and becoming an economic driver for the area. Below he shows off a model of the set design for a showing of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd scheduled for the Bellows Falls Opera House in March. He is planning the first live theater performance by local talent at that location in many years.

Alyssa DeJesus was also a guest at this meeting as she received her Bellows Falls Rotary Club Medal and cash prize which was announced at the BFUHS CLass Night in June. Below, she receives that award from Club President Rita Hinds.
